Return Policy


30 Days, Free Returns, No Restocking Fee


We offer an easy 30 day return policy on purchases, we even pay the return shipping*. A 0% restocking fee will be charged for all return orders. We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of receipt. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of receipt.


*Truck Freight/LTL and International shipments are not eligible for Free Return Shipping.


Please be mindful of the following details about returns: 

  • We charge a 0% restocking fee. We pay restocking fees to our vendor as well as shipping both ways. If you have any questions about the 0% restocking fee let us know. 
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
  • Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
  • Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
  • Items must be in brand new, unused, unopened and uninstalled condition to be considered for a refund. It must be able to be sold as new.

  • We will issue an RMA and Return Label as applicable


What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many items, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 48 hours. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible (if available).  Or for small package shipments, (non-LTL) we can file a damage claim on your behalf and refund your purchase once the item has been picked up by UPS for inspection. 


Truck Freight Return and Damage Policy

  • Do not let the truck drivers pressure you into signing the BOL (delivery paperwork) before you fully inspect the merchandise. Make them wait while you inspect it. When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks significantly damaged, please refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away.  PLEASE NOTE: IF DAMAGE IS NOT NOTED ON THE DELIVERY PAPERWORK, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST IN FILING A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER YOURSELF.
  • If your order has been shipped by freight truck, you will receive notification with the PRO number so that you can track your shipment.  If your order is shipping to a residential address, the carrier will call ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment.  If the address is commercial, then the carrier will delivery your order between 8 am and 5 pm.  IF A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT IS MADE AND NOT KEPT, OR IF SOMEONE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY AT A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS DURING BUSINESS HOURS, THEN ADDITIONAL REDELIVERY FEES WILL BE ASSESSED.  If delivery cannot be made, and the item is returned, original and return shipping charges will apply.   
  • If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact the carrier immediately. If the item has been signed for free and clear, it is unlikely that a damage claim can be filed, but we would be happy to assist you with any contact information etc if you wish to pursue a claim for damage that was not noted at the time of delivery.
  • If you are unable to file a claim, but wish to receive touch-up paint or replacement parts, we would be happy to assist you with obtaining those from the manufacturer if possible.  Additional costs may be incurred by you for this.
  • After a claim is made, if you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.
  • If your product has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit. We may ask you to work with the manufacturer direct in some cases for quickest resolution.
  • We select only the most reliable, highest quality products and the most reputable manufacturers to work with. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us.

Shipping Policy



On orders of $99 or more* (Most Items 48 States and also Some Products to Canada Ship Free)


Order Shipment Information


We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. When your order ships we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. You can also track your packages via My Account. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.


Small Package - We will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS or USPS. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.


Truck Freight - Many items on our website are too large or heavy to ship via UPS or USPS, so they are shipped via Truck Freight. Truck Freight is different than standard UPS or USPS. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's local terminal, the agent will call you to set up a 2- to 4-hour appointment for delivery. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. 


If you choose Truck Delivery, or your item is too large to ship via UPS, your items will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of your address. It is Self Service. You will need to move the package from the curb into your home or garage. You may want a friend or family member on hand for help.


Delivery Notes

  • Once your order arrives in the area, a representative from the shipping company will call you to arrange a 2- to 4-hour window for delivery.  IF THERE HAVE BEEN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR PHONE NUMBER PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY so that you may be reached to schedule delivery.  If you cannot be reached, your shipment may be turned around and incur return shipping costs.  In addition, if a delivery appointment is made and you are unavailable for the delivery at that time, redelivery charges will be incurred.
  • Sometimes freight carriers offer their own additional services. Once we send you your tracking info, you can call the carrier directly to get more info.  If you would like to schedule any additional services with us ahead of time, please call us for a quote.
  • Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages carefully at the time of delivery. Do not let the truck drivers pressure you into signing the BOL before you fully inspect the merchandise. Make them wait while you inspect it. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.  PLEASE NOTE: IF DAMAGE IS NOT NOTED ON THE DELIVERY PAPERWORK, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST IN FILING A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER YOURSELF.  If damage is severe, please refuse the shipment to be returned to the sender and notify us immediately.  If there is slight damage to the shipping container/box, please note that on the paperwork, so that if there is any concealed damage, we can hold the shipper responsible.  If you did note the damage at the time of delivery on the paperwork, please let us know right away so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipper.  Please note that we only have about 24 hours to file these claims, so it is imperative that you notify us immediately of any damage sustained.  If you sign for the item free and clear, without noting damage on the paperwork, any damage claim will be your responsibility.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by indeHomes or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Product lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks).


For Small Package shipments within the United States, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days (except for USPS which ships in 1-10 business days) after your order is shipped from the warehouse. You should remember that the estimated Lead Time still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to call us if you have any questions or concerns.


For Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 6 days from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. If you need to make one, please contact us.


Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. When necessary, we may hold a shipment to ensure all products ship together. This will happen if an order has multiple products sourced from one of our suppliers and one or more of the products are on backorder. If this happens, we will email you with the expected lead times. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt unless you want to expedite or change the order.


Out-of-Stock Products

Because we drop ship, sometimes backorders do occur. When this happens we will notify you immediately via email. We will ship your products as they become available. Sometimes we may hold multiple products on an order until the backordered products are available so they can all ship at once. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.


Free Shipping

Simply look for the to enjoy free shipping on items throughout the store. Any item with the Free Shipping Logo will ship for free. On top of the Free Shipping items, if the items in your order total $99 or more, your order ships FREE! Free shipping currently applies to the continental 48 states and some products also ship for free to Canada.


In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the continental United States. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay. Please refer to the following chart to understand the specific shipping rates for items that fall under our Standard Shipping Policy:

Exclusions: Certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. The total item shipping charges, if any, will be detailed in the shopping cart page prior to checkout. Order Amount for promotional shipping doesn't include, and offer doesn't apply to, gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax. Shipping surcharge applies to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and International shipments. Some items have specific shipping charges and are not eligible towards the qualifying amount for the reduced shipping rates or free shipping. Other eligible item(s) in your cart at time of checkout will still count towards the qualifying total.


International Shipping


We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.


Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.


Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.


Lead-Time - The average delivery times posted on our website are for orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping to Canada and Worldwide will have increased transit time due to customs inspection and further distance from the supplier distribution centers*. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping to Canadian and International addresses.

*Some of our suppliers have warehouses located in Canada. Whenever possible, we will ship from our Canadian warehouses to remove duty fees and cut down on transit time to you!


Taxes & Duties – indeHomes shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to addresses in Indiana. Certain products may also have sales tax added, depending on our supplier’s terms and conditions. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Duty and brokerage fees are not included in the monies paid to indeHomes for Canada orders. Those fees will be due when the product arrives for delivery. For all countries EXCEPT Canada, the Taxes, duty, and brokerage fees are included in the shipping at checkout.


Returns - Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all International orders. All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy.

  • Duties and GST will be refunded. However, all actual shipping costs and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
  • Sets of products may contain individual pieces that are not eligible for international shipping
  • Certain product warranties may only be valid in the United States

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
